Gluttons Banana - Nut Bread

For when you are truly feeling naughty, this bread combines layers of nuts, bananas, honey and cream to create a totally otherworldly experience.
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup almond meal
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup honey
2/3 cup half-and-half cream
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tbsp canola oil
2 tbsp almond butter
3 mashed bananas
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F, grease a loaf pan.
2. Whisk together all the dry ingredients, set aside.
3. In another bowl, beat together remaining ingredients.
4. Gradually fold in flour mixture until just combined.
5. Bake 25 minutes, tent loaf with foil.
6. Continue baking another 20 minutes, until tests done.
7. Cool 10 minutes in pan before unmoulding onto wire rack.
