Gluten-Free Zucchini Brownies (Paleo)

Adapted from a recipe found on ... grain-free indulgence! Holy crap, these are so delicious and soooo easy to make. Make some now!
Ingredients:
1 cup almond butter
1 1/2 cups grated zucchini
1/3 cup raw honey
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1 cup dark semisweet chocolate chunk (i like the ghiradelli 60% cacao chips)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Grate zucchini and squeeze out excess liquid from the grated zucchini.
3. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
4. Pour into a greased 9×9 baking pan.
5. Bake 30 - 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean - you have to keep checking the center of the pan for the brownies to set up, so the time will depend on your oven.
6. Cool completely, cut into 16 squares, and eat, eat, eat!
