I got this of the side of a flour packet as well, but my Mum made it the other night to put in our gluten free lasagne, and it was wonderfull Ingredients:
50 g butter |
50 g gluten-free flour |
600 ml milk |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. place butter, flour and milk in a saucepan. 2. using a whisk, stir over medium heat allowing sauce to thicken. 3. continue until smooth and thick then bring to the boil. 4. remove from heat and season. |
