I haven't tried this yet, just storing it for future reference. It looks like a great idea for celiac kids. Ingredients:
1/2 cup rice flour |
1/2 cup cornstarch |
1/2 cup salt |
2 teaspoons cream of tartar |
1 cup water |
1 teaspoon vegetable oil |
food coloring, if desired |
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients. 2. Cook and stir on low heat for 3 minutes or until mixture forms a ball. 3. Cool completely before storing in a sealable plastic bag. |
