peanut butter, eggs, sugar, baking soda cvt Ingredients:
3 cups peanut butter |
3 eggs |
2 cups sugar |
2 tsp baking soda |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease cookie sheets. 2. Beat eggs and add remaining ingredients, mixing well until smooth. It will thicken as you mix it. 3. Roll into 24 1-inch balls and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheets. Flatten gently with fork into crisscross pattern. 4. Bake 10 minutes until set and golden. Carefully remove to cooling racks. |
