This is my easy gluten free pancake recipe. No hassle and easily adaptable for all your favorite pancakes, whether it be cinnamon or chocolate chip. Enjoy! Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups rice flour |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 1/4 cups milk |
2 eggs |
1/4 cup olive oil |
Directions:
1. Add the vegetable oil to milk. 2. In large bowl, mix together all dry ingredients. 3. Add the milk/oil mixture and eggs. 4. Mix and cook on hot griddle. |
