A combination of tastes to fill your mouth. Quick and easy. For vegan, use egg replacer of choice for eggs. Ingredients:
1 cup gluten-free flour |
1 teaspoon xanthan gum |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves |
1/8 cup sucanat |
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut |
1 cup carrot, grated |
1/4 cup raisins |
1 small mcintosh apple, diced |
2 eggs |
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 teaspoon orange extract |
1/4 cup soymilk |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Mix dry ingredients. 3. Mix wet, then add into dry. 4. Fill cups to about 2/3 cup full. 5. Bake for about 22 minutes. |
