This is a recipe for gluten-free bread. I use Revogan No-Gluten flour. Ingredients:
1000 gram gluten-free flour |
5 eggs |
12 gram dry yeast |
2 coffee spoons of sugar |
2 coffee spoons of salt |
1000 gram milk |
a firm dash of oil for dishes |
1 cup water (35 °c/95 °f) |
Directions:
1. Put the yeast in the water en stir until the yeast is solved. 2. Add everything together and stir firmly for 4 minutes. 3. Distribute the dough over 3-4 baking tins and let it rest for 45 minutes. 4. Bake in an oven at 200° C/392º F for 60 minutes. 5. Bon Appetit! |
