Gluten Free Meatloaf to Die For |

I needed to make a meatloaf for my husband, but tweaked it so that I could enjoy as well. this is what I came up with. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 egg |
1 slice gluten free bread |
1 teaspoon all-purpose seasoning (i used lipton savory herb and garlic seasoning) |
1/2 cup celery, chopped |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 dash pepper |
1/2 cup water |
3 tablespoons organic ketchup |
Directions:
1. combine all ingredients together. 2. shape into a 8 x 4 casserole dish. 3. cook on 350 for one hour. |
