Gluten Free Low Sugar Brownie Bites

Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, rich and chocolatey, these gluten free, low sugar brownie bites are so good, no one will know they are gluten free and low sugar.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup gluten-free flour
1 cup splenda sugar blend for baking
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup egg substitute
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup molasses
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a large bowl combine all ingredients and mix for approximately 1 minutes (until thoroughly combined).
3. Coat the insides of the cups of a mini muffin tin with Butter Flavored Pam.
4. Fill each cup 3/4 full.
5. Bake for 20 minutes.
6. Makes 24 Brownie Bites.
