1/2 cup soy flour |
1/4 cup amaranth flour |
3/4 cup potato starch |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon ginger |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1/8 cup sucanat |
1/8 cup applesauce |
1/8 cup vegetable oil |
1/2 cup molasses |
1 egg, beaten |
Directions:
1. combine dry ingredients,. 2. then add to wet. 3. Add about 1/4 cup of milk for consistency. 4. Bake at 350F for twenty minutes. |
