Gluten Free Fudgy Brownies |

These are gluten free and very simple to make. I always use liquid stevia in my recipes because it's better for you and good for your stomach. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons light margarine |
1/2 cup cocoa powder |
1 cup sugar substitute |
2 egg whites |
1/4 cup oil |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
1/4 cup rice flour |
1/4 cup cornstarch |
2 teaspoons xanthan gum |
1/4 teaspoon baking powder |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Spray pan and dust w/cocoa powder. 3. Melt margarine. 4. Mix ingredients in one big bowl. Pour into prepared pan. 5. Bake for 25 minutes. |
