Good gluten free flour from 'the gluten free pantry' that i use often and get quite sufficient results. Ingredients:
1 cup brown rice flour |
1 cup soy flour |
2/3 cup potato starch |
1/3 cup tapioca starch |
Directions:
1. Mix all together and use instead of wheat flour. 2. Suitable for recipes not requiring a lot of gluten (ie. not for making perfect, fluffy breads or cakes needing a perfecting touch[like wedding cakes]) Store in a container and put into the fridge. |
