I always keep a container of this flour on hand to use for any recipe which calls for gluten free flour. I have always had great results! Ingredients:
2 cups rice flour |
2/3 cup potato starch (not potato flour) |
1/3 cup tapioca flour |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in a large container and mix well. 2. Ready to use for your gluten free baking. |
