Easy and Good Ingredients:
2 eggs |
1 cup milk |
1/4 cup gram flour |
1/4 cup potato starch |
1/4 cup cornstarch |
1/4 cup rice flour or 1/4 cup brown rice flour |
2 tablespoons glutenous rice flour |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
Directions:
1. Mix everything together until you have a smooth, thin batter. 2. Fry in butter or margarine in a frying or crepe pan. |
