This is a recipe that you can induldge yourself into and not feel guilty. Ingredients:
1 c of buckwheat flour |
1 c of low-fat buttermilk |
1/8 tspn of cinnamon |
1 egg |
1/2 tspn of salt |
1/8 tspn of nutmeg |
2 tbspn of brown sugar |
1/8 tspn of cloves |
1 tspn of baking powder |
1/2 tspn of baking soda |
1 tbspn of butter, melted |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl combine the dry ingredients together first then your going to add the rest of the ingredient. 2. Whip all that together till everything is moistened. 3. Now your ready to start pouring them on your griddle and make pancakes. |
