1/2 cup rice flour |
1/4 cup tapioca flour |
1/4 cup potato starch |
6 tablespoons earth balance buttery sticks |
1 egg |
2 tablespoons agave |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. 1. Cut Earth Balance into small chunks (make certain it is chilled). 2. 2. Add remaining ingredients. 3. 3. Work by hand into a smooth dough. 4. 4. Use a melon baller to make 16 biscuits. 5. 5. Bake for 8 - 10 minutes at 350. |
