Nicely fluffy and flavorful. You can't eat just one!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup rice flour
1/4 cup tapioca flour
1/4 cup potato starch
6 tablespoons earth balance buttery sticks
1 egg
2 tablespoons agave
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. 1. Cut Earth Balance into small chunks (make certain it is chilled).
2. 2. Add remaining ingredients.
3. 3. Work by hand into a smooth dough.
4. 4. Use a melon baller to make 16 biscuits.
5. 5. Bake for 8 - 10 minutes at 350.
