This recipe is more like the commerical Baking Powder you buy in the supermarkets. Ingredients:
85 g gluten-free cornflour |
100 g bicarbonate of soda |
60 g cream of tartar |
60 g tartaric (from the chemist/drug store) |
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients together and pass through a fine sieve two or three times. 2. Store in an airtight container in a dry place. |
