Great mix for making gluten free breads, breading meats, thickening soups, etc. Cook time varies but the form made me put a number in there. Ingredients:
4 cups rice flour, finely ground |
1 1/2 cups potato starch |
2/3 cup tapioca starch |
Directions:
1. MIX and use in recipes for flour/gluten free bread. 2. Replace measure for measure for AP Flour. |
