My daughter loves these because they have her fvorite fruit in them. These are also great for breakfast on the go. Ingredients:
1 tspn of cinnamon |
1 c of rice flour |
3 tbspn canola oil |
3/4 tspn of salt |
1 grated apple |
1/3 c of sugar |
2 eggs |
1/2 tspn of bicarbonate of soda |
1 tspn of baking powder |
Directions:
1. You want to start with your dry ingredients first 2. quickly add your wet ingredients and any other flavors that you may want. 3. Grease your muffin pan or use the muffin cups and start placing the dough in them 4. Then heat your oven to 180 F and cook til bron or firm to the touch. |
