5 apples, peeled and sliced |
1/2 cup margarine |
1 cup gluten-free baking mix or 1 cup equal parts rice flour, potato starch and tapioca starch |
3/4 cup light brown sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Arrange the sliced apples in a baking dish. 2. Crumble margarine, gluten-free mix, sugar and cinnamon by hand. Don’t over do it. You want it to be crumbled, not mashed. 3. Sprinkle the topping over the apples and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. |
