I got this from and did it in my new bread machine. It is yummy! Ingredients:
1/4 cup honey |
1 teaspoon vinegar |
1 teaspoon almond extract |
1/2 cup carbonated water, at room temperature |
1/4 cup whole milk, also at room temperature |
2 eggs, beaten |
4 tablespoons butter, melted |
1/2 cup millet flour |
1 cup brown rice flour |
1/2 cup tapioca flour |
1/2 cup almond meal |
2 tablespoons granulated sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1 tablespoon xanthan gum |
2 1/4 teaspoons yeast (do not mix with dry ingredients) |
Directions:
1. For the bread machine:. 2. All wet ingredients first. 3. dry ingredients second. 4. YEAST ON THE TOP - NOT MIXED inches. 5. Enjoy! |
