A tastey chocolate icing. Ingredients:
melt together |
3 t. shortening |
3 squares chocolate |
blend in |
2 c. sifted pwdr sugar |
1/4 t. salt |
5 t. milk |
1 t. vanilla |
Directions:
1. Beat icing until it becomes smooth and glossy/thick enough to spread. Stir in 1/2 C. of nuts, if desired.
2. This will generously ice a 9X13 cake.
