2 cups all-purpose flour |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
4 teaspoons baking powder |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 3/4 cups milk |
2 eggs |
1 tablespoon vanilla |
1/2 cup butter (melted) |
Directions:
1. Mix the dry ingredients and then add the butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla. Whisk until smooth. 2. Cook in waffle iron per manufactures instructions or personal preference. 3. Enjoy with choice of breakfast meat, and fresh juice or milk. 4. **Cook to order , as they are always best served warm, and they freeze nicely too***. |
