Just a nice touch to the end of a meal when you don't want something heavy.
Ingredients:
1 cup cold boiled rice (leftover)
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup whippin cream, whipped
8 marshmallows, cut up
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and chill VERY throughly before serving.
