Simple and sensational describe this sauteed onion and pork chops dish simmered in a creamy gravy. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
6 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick |
1 medium onion, sliced |
1 (10.75 ounce) can campbell's® condensed cream of celery soup or campbell's® condensed 98% fat free cream of celery soup |
1/2 cup water |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in skillet. Cook chops 10 minutes or until browned. 2. Add onion and cook until tender. 3. Add soup and water. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until chops are done. |
