This is so good and easy to make. Ingredients:
2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted |
2 (8 ounce) cartons spreadable chive & onion cream cheese |
1 (2 lb) package frozen hash browns |
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded |
Directions:
1. In a Microwave safe bowl combine the soup and cream cheese. 2. Cover and cook on high for 3 to 4 minutes or until cream cheese is melted,stirring occasionally. 3. Add the potatoes and stir until coated. 4. Spoon into a greased 13*9*2 baking dish. 5. Bake uncovered at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. 6. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. 7. Bake 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. |
