Easy and delicious. The olives and pimento add a nice tartness. Ingredients:
1 cup green peas |
1 (2 ounce) jar diced pimentos |
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1/2 cup green olives, sliced |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. Bake at 325 degrees for about 30 minutes. |
