Very easy, great tasting chops. You can see you can vary the taste by changing the soup. My personal fav is the golden mushroom. Ingredients:
6 pork chops |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup or 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup or 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed golden mushroom soup or 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can tomato soup |
1/3 cup water |
Directions:
1. In skillet, brown chops. Pour off fat. 2. Stir in soup, water. 3. Cover; cook over low heat 30 minutes or until tender. 4. Stir occasionally. |
