Ingredients:

2 lbs yukon gold potatoes,boiled

5 oz goat cheese

1/4 c (or more) heavy cream

2 tb butter

salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Mash potatoes,butter,cream,S&P and goat cheese to desired consistency.
