Ingredients:
0.25 pound(s) bacon |
1 stick(s) butter |
1 tablespoon(s) clam base |
2 cup(s) clams |
1 can(s) creamed corn |
1 can(s) evaporated milk |
1 onion, medium |
5 potatoes, medium |
Directions:
1. Cube potatoes and onion, boil in pot with just enough water to cover until almost done. Do not drain. 2. Chop clams and saute in butter until cooked, then add to potatoes. 3. Crisp bacon and crumble into mix. Add clam base and simmer for 10 minutes. Turn off heat and add evaporated milk and creamed corn. Let sit for 10 miutes. |
