Ingredients:
1 teaspoon(s) canola oil |
1 1/2 tablespoon(s) minced garlic |
1 can(s) minced jalepeno peppers |
1/4 teaspoon(s) kosher salt |
1/4 teaspoon(s) ground chipolte pepper |
1 tablespoon(s) lime juice |
2 tablespoon(s) honey |
1 1/2 pound(s) wild alaskan salmon fillets |
1 lime, cut into slices (garnish) |
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 475. 2. line baking sheet with foil and spray with non stick cooking spray. in a small nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. ad garlic, jalapeno, salt and chipolte. cook and stir until jalapeno and garlic begin to soften. about 2 minutes. ad lime juice and honey. mix until evenly blended. removed from heat. place salmon skin side down on the baking sheet. pierce with a fork sever times. brush glaze over salmon. bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until just cooked through. the ends and sides of the salmon should flake easily. garnish with lime slices and serve. |
