Betty Crocker's 30 minute menus Ingredients:
1 1/4 lbs turkey breast tenderloins |
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
1/3 cup orange marmalade |
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. Cook turkey breast tenderloins in oil in skillet over medium heat about 5 minutes or until brown on one side; turn turkey. 2. Stir in remaining ingredients; reduce heat. 3. Cover and simmer 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until turkey is done & sauce is thickened. 4. Cut turkey into thin slices. Spoon sauce over turkey. |
