                    Great in stir-fries, over rice or even in salads Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                2 tablespoons soy sauce  |  
                                                3 tablespoons maple syrup  |  
                                                3 tablespoons mirin  |  
                                                1 lb extra firm tofu, drained and pressed  |  
                                                1 tablespoon vegetable oil  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Mix soy sauce, syrup and mirin in a bowl. Set aside. 2. Cut tofu into 3/4  cubes. Heat oil in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat/ Add tofu and fry until golden brown, turning every 3 minutes (no need to brown all sides). Add sauce mixture and cook 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally, until tofu is coated with glaze. 3. Serve and enjoy!                              |
