a great summer dish, with a summer taste. Ingredients:
3 (15 ounce) cans sweet potatoes, drained |
1/4 cup butter, melted |
2 cups packed brown sugar |
1/3 cup orange juice |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Drain sweet potatoes. 2. Cut into smaller chunks and place them in a 4-5 quart slow cooker. 3. Add butter, brown sugar, orange juice, salt, cinnamon and stir well. 4. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours. |
