Ingredients:
1/2 cup sugar |
1 tablespoon cornstarch |
1/2 cup water |
2 tablespoons strawberry-flavored gelatin |
1 pint fresh strawberries, washed and hulled |
8 (3-inch) baked tart shells |
Directions:
1. Combine sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan; stir in water. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and clear. Remove from heat; add gelatin, stirring until dissolved. 2. Place 3 to 4 strawberries in each tart shell. Spoon 3 tablespoons glaze into each shell. Refrigerate tarts before serving. |
