3/4 cup strawberry jelly |
2 tablespoons red wine (or cassis) |
1 1/2 pints strawberries, hulled |
9 inches graham cracker pie crust |
1 cup whipped cream |
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan, cook jelly with cassis over medium heat, stirring until jelly melts, about 1 minute. 2. Arrange strawberries pointed ends up close together in pie shell. Brush berries with glaze. 3. Refrigerate until glaze begins to set, at least 15 minutes or up to 4 hours. 4. Cut into slices and serve topped with whipped cream. |
