These are probably my husband's favorite way for me to fix snap peas. They come together in a snap! Recipe is from Simple and Delicious. Ingredients:
2 (24 ounce) packages frozen sugar snap peas |
1/4 cup honey |
2 tablespoons butter |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes |
1/4 cup bacon bits |
Directions:
1. Cook peas according to package directions; drain.
2. Stir in the honey, butter, salt and pepper flakes.
3. Sprinkle with bacon.
