Great side dish for pork or BBQ's. Ingredients:
4 bunches scallions |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
2 tablespoons butter |
Directions:
1. Clean scallions,cutting only the very ends. 2. In a skillet add scallions,cover with water and boil 3-4 minutes or until tender. 3. Drain and add butter and sugar. 4. Reduce heat and cook 6-8 minutes until golden brown. |
