This recipe is a close second to the salmon that my husband and I enjoy at a local Japanese hibachi! Ingredients:
1/4 cup soy sauce |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes |
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger |
1/8 teaspoon sesame oil |
1 salmon fillet |
Directions:
1. In bowl combine 1st five ingredients. 2. Brush over salmon. 3. Grill salmon covered over medium heat until flaky. |
