A fatty fish like salmon doesn't require much basting to keep it moist and tender.
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon bottled minced garlic
4 (4-ounce) skinless salmon fillets
Directions:
1. Preheat broiler.
2. Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl. Microwave at HIGH 1 minute, stirring after 30 seconds.
3. Place fish on a broiler pan; brush fish with sugar mixture. Broil 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, basting occasionally with remaining sugar mixture.
