Very easy. Marinade time is not included in prep time. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil |
2 tablespoons dark brown sugar |
2 tablespoons cider vinegar |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
1/4 teaspoon coarse black pepper |
6 salmon fillets |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except salmon fillets to make marinade. 2. Place salmon in plastic zip lock bag. 3. Pour 1/2 of marinade over the salmon. 4. Close bag, squeezing out extra air. Refrigerate 1 hour. 5. Grill salmon over medium heat approximately 4 - 6 minutes. 6. Brush with reserved marinade several times during grilling. |
