I've never eaten salmon until recently. This dish is not only easy to make but is sooo delicious. Ingredients:
1 salmon fillet |
lemon pepper seasoning |
2 teaspoons olive oil |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
4 teaspoons granulated sugar |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Place salmon in heavily greased baking dish,skin side down. 3. Season with lemon pepper. 4. Cover tightly and bake 40 minutes. 5. Shake together olive oil, soy sauce and sugar to make a basting sauce. 6. Uncover salmon and brush with the sauce. 7. Broil until nicely browned,basting several times. |
