Light and easy; easily cooked indoors or on the grill. Ingredients:
4 salmon steaks |
3 tablespoons olive oil |
2 tablespoons dijon mustard |
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice |
orange rind |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat grill or broiler. 2. Mix all ingredients except salmon. 3. Add salmon coat on both sides and marinate for 30 minutes. 4. Remove from marinade and grill or broil about 4-5 minutes per side. 5. Dip back in marinade before serving. |
