Glazed Raisin Sheet Cake

this make a jelly roll pan full..nice to prepare and take to a cookout...
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups raisins
1 1/4 cups boiling water
1 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 large eggs
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Place raisins in bowl and cover with boiling water and let stand 5 minutes.
2. drain, reserving 1 cup liquid.
3. mix dry ingredients and add to wet and then add reserved raisin liquid - Stir well to blend completely -
4. pour into a greased jelly roll pan.
5. bake at 375* for 16-20 minutes.
6. cool on wire rack 15 minutes -
7. prepare glaze of 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar.
8. 1 tbls butter, melted and 3-4 tbls milk.mix till of spreading consistency and spread on slightly cooled cake.
9. let stand on wire rack till set.
