Glazed Pork Chops and Apples |

A quick and easy skillet dish. Perfect for the fall apple harvest season. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons oil |
8 boneless pork chops, 1/2 inch thick |
1 cup apple juice |
1/2 cup brown mustard |
1/2 cup packed brown sugar |
1/4 teaspoon fresh rosemary needles, crushed |
2 green apples or 2 red apples, cut into small chunks |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat 2 tablespoon oil in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Cook pork chops for 5 minutes or until browned on both sides. 3. Add remaining ingredients. 4. Bring to a full boil and reduce heat to medium. 5. Simmer, uncovered, for 8 to 10 minutes or until pork is no longer pink in center and sauce thickens slightly, stirring occasionally. 6. Season with salt and pepper and serve. |
