Ingredients:
1 teaspoon garlic, minced |
1 teaspoon ginger, minced |
1/2 teaspoon red pepper, crushed |
1 -ounce white vinegar |
1 ounce hoisin sauce |
1 -ounce sesame oil |
2 center cut pork chops, 6 ounces each |
Directions:
1. Combine the first 5 ingredients in a food processor. Preheat a wood-fire grill. Brush the pork chops with the glaze and cook over the wood-fire grill. |
