Ingredients:
2 teaspoon(s) cinnamon |
1 egg white |
1 pound(s) pecan halves |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 cup(s) sugar |
1 teaspoon(s) water |
Directions:
1. Beat egg white, water, and salt together until fluffy & foamy (approx. 5 minutes); set aside. 2. Combine sugar with cinnamon. 3. Toss pecan halves in egg white 4. mixture and mix into sugar mixture until well coated. 5. Spread evenly on Pam sprayed cookie sheet. Bake 300 degrees F. Turn after 15 minutes & cook 15 minutes more. Remove immediately from pan to cool. |
