Great recipe here. This comes from my friend Connie. She makes these for her bunko parties and there are never any left. Enjoy Ingredients:
3 cups sugar |
1 cup sour cream |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
5 cups pecan halves |
Directions:
1. Combine sugar and sour cream in heavy saucepan. 2. Cook over low heat stirring constantly until mixture reaches soft ball stage. 3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla then stir until mixture begins to cool. 4. Add pecans mixing well to coat nuts. 5. Place pecans individually on waxed paper and cool completely. 6. Store in airtight container. |
