1 (16 ounce) package frozen pearl onions, cooked and drained |
1 tablespoon cooking oil |
1 garlic clove, thinly sliced |
1/2 cup orange marmalade |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1 tablespoon snipped fresh chives |
Directions:
1. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic; cook and stir about 30 seconds or until golden. Stir in marmalade until melted. Stir in onions, salt, and pepper; cook and stir for 3 to 5 minutes or until marmalade is slightly thickened and coats onions. Stir in chives. |
